Mr. S N Sav is graduated in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering as well as achieved Post graduate Diploma in Computer Programming system Analysis and started his career as a Radar Engineer in Defense. There after he served as Lecturer in the department of Electronics in B S F Signal Training School for imparting training to B S F Technical Officer as well as teaching to Diploma students. Further he joined as Examiner of Patents and Designs in Patent Office, New Delhi under the Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks, Mumbai, India. He served for 19 years in Patent Office, New Delhi and retired as an Assistant Controller of Patents & Designs. He has been the Senior Controller of Patents who has dealt with numerous Patent applications in the field of Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer program as well as Software. He has issued many Patent decision in the field of Computer programs as well as Software Inventions. He has been a leading officer at Patent office Delhi who has handled many responsibility in respect of Computerization ,Administration and Right to Information Act. Among his other activities – he vibrantly supported the cause of Patent awareness program me and delivered lecture in India in Universities, Government organization as well as at N I I P M. He attended workshops and seminars as participant on enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in Singapore I P O as well as Malaysia I P O. He is a Patent Agent.
A.K Gupta Partner (M.Sc., Regd. Patent Agent) Ms. A.K Gupta is a M.Sc. and a registered Patent Agent. She specializes in patent prosecution in India and Internationally and has more than 14 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights. Her experience includes Prior art, Patentability Search, freedom to operate, patentability assessment, drafting of patent specification conforming to Indian and International level, providing opinion on handling opposition and infringement analysis in the field of Chemical and Pharmaceutical.
Brijesh Kumar Patent Attorney (M. Tech, LL.B)Mr. B Kumar is M. Tech (Telecom.) and has enrolled as an advocate before Bar Council of Delhi. He specializes in patent prosecution in India and Internationally and has more than 14 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights. He drafted more than 200 patent specifications conforming to Indian and International level in the field of Electrical, Electronics, Computer Networks, Semiconductor, Telecom., and Mechanical. He prepared and filed various pre-grant opposition, post-grant opposition, revocation petition, and infringement cases.

Raj Gupta is MCA from Madras University and has also done M B A (Marketing & I T System) from S R M University. He specializes in patent prosecution in India and Internationally and has 10 years of experience in searching, drafting, and patent prosecution. Jyoti Gupta Senior Associate (Patent) 
Jyoti has graduated in M.Sc. (Electronics). She has under gone IPR Training in RG NIIPM, Nagpur for a Week period. She has been involved in conducting prior art search, drafting and patent prosecution. She has 9 years of experience in Patents. She also advises clients on issues relating to patentability and conducts invalidity searches apart from managing patent portfolios.
Chandan Kumar has graduated in B Sc and has 9 years experience. He is involved in filing and prosecuting Trade Mark applications, copyrights and Design for Domestic and Foreign Clients.
